Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using TeammateTV (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a purchase, or book travel.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Notify us at itsteammatetv@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Digital products and downloads

Digital goods (guides, templates, media) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share files you download from the Store. Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are final unless the file is materially defective.

5. Travel bookings and quotes

TeammateTV partners with licensed travel suppliers (including Noir Passport Travel and cruise providers) to fulfill bookings. Quotes are estimates until confirmed by the supplier. Final pricing, cancellation policies, change fees, and travel insurance terms are set by the supplier and provided before you pay. We are not the underlying carrier or accommodations provider.

6. Events

Event tickets are subject to the event's posted policies (date, refunds, transfers). If an event is cancelled by us, registered attendees will be offered a refund or transfer.

7. Memberships and the Insiders program

Membership benefits may change over time. Paid memberships renew per the cadence shown at checkout and may be cancelled from your account or by emailing us. Free Insider access can be revoked for abuse of the program.

8. Coaching calls

Booked calls are non-refundable once confirmed, but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information through any form.
Attempt to access another user's account or admin areas.
Scrape, probe, or interfere with the Site or its security features.
Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.

11. Intellectual property

All site content (logos, copy, photos, videos, downloads) is owned by TeammateTV or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive only the rights expressly granted in these Terms or at the point of purchase.

12. User submissions

When you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant TeammateTV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the Site and on our official channels, subject to any sharing permissions you set when submitting.

13. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be error-free. Travel involves inherent risks, and you are responsible for travel documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeammateTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
