Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TeammateTV ("we", "us", "our") operates www.teammatetv.com and provides family travel content, curated travel bookings, digital products, events, and a membership community. You can reach us at itsteammatetv@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

Account data — name, email, password (stored hashed), profile fields.
Travel inquiries & bookings — name, email, phone, destination, dates, traveler details, budget, preferences, notes.
Orders — name, email, items purchased, order total, payment status. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Event registrations — name, email, phone, attendee count, ticket info.
Call bookings — name, email, phone, requested times, questions, payment info.
Work-with-us / partnership submissions — name, email, phone, company, message, optional resume.
Travel feedback — name, email, phone, review text, optional photos, sharing permissions.
Contact and lead capture forms — name, email, message.
Technical data — IP address, browser, device, and pages visited via standard server logs.

3. Why we collect it

To deliver the services you request (quotes, bookings, downloads, events, calls).
To process payments and fulfill orders.
To send you transactional emails related to your account, purchase, or inquiry.
To improve our content and the site experience.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Where your data is stored and who processes it

Database & authentication: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Supabase Auth).
Hosting: Cloudflare Workers and Lovable infrastructure.
Payments: Stripe.
Email delivery: Resend.
File uploads (resumes, travel photos, avatars): Supabase Storage.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy and data-processing terms.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session persistence, and security. We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors listed above to operate the site, and with travel suppliers (e.g. cruise lines, tour operators) when you ask us to book travel on your behalf. We may disclose data when required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with tax and accounting rules. Inquiry and lead data is kept while relevant to responding to your request and then for a reasonable archival period.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email itsteammatetv@gmail.comwith the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

TeammateTV is a family travel brand, but accounts and purchases are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

10. Security

We use row-level security in our database, role-based access for admin features, secure HTTPS transport, and trusted payment processors. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
